Artwork policy
Customers must provide an existing logo or finished design. Preferred formats include SVG, EPS, PDF, or a high-resolution transparent PNG. Minor production adjustments may be included. Logo creation, redesign, tracing, and extensive artwork cleanup are not included. Artwork that is not production-ready may need to be corrected by an outside designer before production can begin.
