- Individual employee name: add $8 per item
- Second embroidery location: starting at $10 per item
- Specialty thread: custom quote
Digitizing
- New standard logo: $25 one-time fee (reduced to $15 with 5+ embroidered items)
- No repeat fee when the same approved file is reused without changes
- Customer-supplied embroidery files must be reviewed before the fee is waived
- Complex or oversized logos require a custom quote
Size Upcharges
- S–XL included in base price
- 2XL adds $3
- 3XL adds $4
- 4XL adds $6
- 5XL adds $8 (where available)
