This custom embroidered hat includes one standard front embroidered logo of up to approximately 4 inches and 8,000 stitches, with customer-supplied artwork and proof approval before production. - 8,001–12,000 stitches: add $4 per hat
- More than 12,000 stitches: custom quote
- Side or back embroidery: starting at $10 per hat
- Individual names: add $8 per hat
- Specialty thread: custom quote
Digitizing
- New standard logo: $25 one-time fee (reduced to $15 with 5+ embroidered items)
- No repeat fee when the same approved embroidery file is reused without changes
- Customer-provided embroidery files must be reviewed before the fee is waived
- Complex, oversized, or highly detailed logos require a custom quote

- Shipping and sales tax are additional
- Production begins after artwork review and proof approval
